This shocking revelation came to light as a result of a conversation in a bar about Lance Armstrong's denial that he used PEDs (Performance Enhancing Drugs) to dominate the Tour de France.  A high ranking member of the RNC was vocal in his support of Armstrong.  He said that all athletes cheat and Armstrong was justified in using PEDs to win.  He said many people in Hollywood use cosmetic surgery to enhance their careers so there is nothing wrong with using drugs to win in sports.  He went on to admit that he has started using Rogaine to enhance his hairline and has been using Viagra for years to enhance his sex life.

I knew about his political connections so I  said, "well there's no way drugs can get anyone elected."  He started laughing, which I initially attributed to his beer buzz.  He said, "don't be so naive.  We're using experimental drugs to get somebody elected right now."

That's when he revealed that Willard Romney has been using PEDs (Personality Enhancing Drugs) ever since losing to John McCain in the republican primaries in 2008.  He said when it became obvious Romney had no personality, and there are no personality implants available, drugs were the only option.  He said, "so far the drugs aren't working so we have to keep increasing the dosages."

That's when he realized that he had said too much.  He said you have to promise to keep your mouth shut about this and promise me that you you will never mention my name.  I said, "I promise, Reince (Priebus)."
